INSTART consult introduces evidanza.BI in its group of companies

INSTART consult is delighted to have expanded its own software consulting expertise with evidanza’s advanced business intelligence analysis tool. As the first major project, the shared service provider has successfully introduced the analysis tool within its own group of companies, the INSTART group. Evidanza.BI is used to collect, integrate and analyse data from various sources. With the new tool, the INSTART group aims to recognise opportunities and risks at an early stage, identify trends and opportunities and automate manual and monotonous work processes.

As part of the introduction and future support of the tool, INSTART consult is taking on central tasks such as user administration, connection to other systems such as the ERP system eGECKO, maintenance of the Application Programming Interface (API) and setting up automated data provision at defined intervals. In addition, INSTART consult is responsible for database administration and data preparation as well as the regular creation of reports and dashboards, which are made available to the organisation’s decision-makers.

Evidanza.BI has been available to management and executives throughout the INSTART group since the end of the first quarter of 2024, enabling strategic decisions to be made on the basis of improved data. With evidanza.BI, the INSTART group is strengthening its ability to act proactively and achieve its operational and strategic goals more effectively. This represents significant progress in the digital transformation of the group of companies and prepares the INSTART group for a future-proof path.
